The museum gugging is a place of openness, respect and diversity. Everyone should feel safe, welcome and valued here. 

We meet one another with respect and mindfulness. Derogatory language, discriminatory behavior and violations of personal boundaries will not be tolerated. 

We see diversity as enriching. We are actively committed to generating an inclusive environment where different perspectives and lived realities have a place.

We treat artworks, spaces and resources with care. Protecting the works of art and dealing respectfully with the world around us are part of our responsibility. 

Our interaction is based on openness and appreciation. Differing opinions are welcome as long as the dialogue remains respectful. 

We are attentive to the well-being of everyone in the museum and respond firmly and supportively when boundaries are crossed.
