Current information on safety measures

Our safety precautions


We care for your safety and the safety of our employees and look forward to welcoming you back to our museum!
You can get your admission tickets in advance via our online store (in German only). Please present your ticket at entry. You do not need to register for a visit since we do not have time slots. Your tickets are valid for one year after their purchase.

 

Current protective measures at a glance:

  • FFP2 masks are required for all visitors from 14 years of age.
  • Children aged 7 and over must also wear a face mask or an FFP2 mask.
  • The 2G-Rule (geimpft/genesen - vaccinated/recovered) currently applies to all visitors.
  • Please keep distance from all persons who do not live in your household.
  • Wash your hands regularly. Disinfection dispensers are available in numerous locations throughout the building. We still recommend that you bring your own sanitizer.
  • The house of artists and the open atelier gugging are currently closed to visitors for precaution.
  • The Café Bistro am Campus is open!

FFP2 Mask or face mask

FFP2 masks are required for all visitors from 14 years of age.

Children aged 7 and over must also wear a face mask or an FFP2 mask.

 

Planning a visit

A registration for a visit to our museum is currently not required (no timeslot booking). You are welcome to visit us any time.

 

2G-Rule

Currently the 2G-Rule (geimpft/genesen - vaccinated/recovered) applies to your museum visit. Visitors aged 12 and over have to carry a proof of their current vaccination/recovery status.

To ensure a safe visit to the museum, please take note of our protective measures against the corona virus above.

 

Contact Tracing

The registration for Contact Tracing purposes at the entrance of the museum is not mandatory. Any data will be erased after 28 days according to the data protection law.

Are guided tours possible?

Guided tours, workshops or other events may take place under current safety measures. FFP2 masks or face masks must also be worn during events.

If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, please stay home so that the risk of spreading COVID-19 can be reduced.
