Current information on safety measures

Our safety precautions


We care for your safety and the safety of our employees and look forward to welcoming you back to our museum! For everyone's health and safety, capacity is limited.
You can get your admission tickets in advance via our online store (in German only). Please present your ticket at entry. You do not need to register for a visit since we do not have time slots. Your tickets are valid for one year after their purchase.

 

Current protective measures at a glance:

  • Please wear a FFP2 mouth/nose mask throughout your visit and maintain social distancing.
  • Please keep a distance of at least two meters from all persons who do not live in your household.
  • Wash your hands regularly. Disinfection dispensers are available in numerous locations throughout the building. We still recommend that you bring your own sanitizer.
  • The house of artists and the open atelier gugging are currently closed to visitors for precaution.
  • Workshops and guided visits cannot be booked at the moment due to the current situation.
  • The Café Bistro am Campus is temporarily closed but has a delivery service if you care to order your meal in advance. On the weekends the restaurant also has a drinks and small snacks to-go!

FFP2 Mask

Visitors are required to wear a FFP2 mouth/nose mask during the visit.

 

Planning a visit

A registration for a visit to our museum is currently not required (no timeslot booking). You are welcome to visit us any time.

 

Negative Tests

A negative corona test is currently not required for your visit.

To ensure a safe visit to the museum, please take note of our protective measures against the corona virus above.

 

Contact Tracing

The registration for Contact Tracing purposes at the entrance of the museum is not mandatory. Any data will be erased after 28 days according to the data protection law.

Are guided tours possible?

Guided tours, workshops or other events may take place under the currently valid safety measures. For our guided tours, workshops or other events, the rules regarding entry testing, proof of vaccination or recovery applies.

For groups with children under 10 years of age, proof of a negative COVID test is not required (this does not apply to teachers/educators accompanying the group).

For groups with children 10 and older and adults, proof of a negative test result is required.
Please have your proof ready at the ticket counter.

Proof required for participation in guided tours or workshops:
antigen self-test 24h
antigen test by an authorized entity 48h
School test 48h
PCR or molecular biological test 72h
First vaccination from 22 days after 1st vaccination, until 3 months later
Second vaccination up to 9 months after first vaccination
Vaccination with only one prescribed dose from 22 days after 1st vaccination, up to 9 months thereafter
survived disease 6 months
neutralizing antibodies 3 months
